TenneT is currently seeking a Change Manager Data Culture for their BTO-OP unit. The IIC team within the BTO Operations department is responsible for managing TenneT’s IT environment, including physical and virtualized servers, SAN systems, networks, data centers, and management environments. The Change Manager will play a leading role in developing, implementing, and managing an enterprise-wide structural data literacy and culture program, aligning various change initiatives, ensuring cohesive communication, and fostering collaboration across different business units.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in scaling data literacy programs or managing organizational change in a data & analytics context, along with familiarity with data governance and analytics tools. Fluency in English is required, with Dutch or German as a plus, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience in developing data literacy programs, implementing change initiatives, and excellent communication skills are essential. The role is located in Arnhem, with a hybrid work model requiring office presence twice a week.
